I would say that the Soul Caliber series. There Killer Instinct, but I can not remember dwarfs exist.
Ages? Two games come to mind - to kill time and mace. Any of these sound?
Or how about World Heroes? I know it is a figure of Joan of Arc, like a warrior with a large tribal mask, which is 5'4 ".
