Wheels And Deals Motorcycles Goods Damaged By Courier In Transit?

Goods damaged by Courier in transit? - wheels and deals motorcycles

Recently I sold a bike and motorcycle brake plate on eBay to a buyer in Austria, which paid for via PayPal. I goods packed in cardboard and wrapped with packaging tape. I sent the package by courier with a tracking system online, is £ 50 insured postage included slightly less than the transaction value. The buyer only e-mail to tell me that the brake disk is corrupted, and I will be refunded in full. IM not sure what to do next. Could back to the buyer wants to return the goods to buy me, you pay for shipping? Could provide to the part which is broken to make. You can also try using the transit insurance case. She asked if anyone has had to deal with such situations?
